This duvet cover is the perfect fit for my 86" x 86" duvet. It does occasionally slip into the corner of the duvet cover if I neglect to make my bed and use it a few nights but once I made the bed daily, everything straightened out. I really like the material this duvet cover is made from. It is soft and aesthetically pleasing. The initial concern I did have was that button enclosures were frayed and it seemed like the manufacturing was poor, but after securing the duvet inside, I hardly notice it anymore. This duvet provided a wonderful cover for my white down comforter. I was hesitant at first to cover up that wonderful softness, but necessity (to protect the white comforter) won out and I am very pleased. I can still enjoy the warmth and softness of the down, but with a warmer color and protection of my burgundy duvet. I loved how it was oversized to fit easily over my oversized comforter!
